I have a passion for service. My service that I can offer the world is the facilitation of mind/body healing. How is that acheived? By you allowing yourself to receive (yes, receive for once... no giving!) through massage, energy work and full surrender. I specialize in full-body swedish, athlete-specific therapuetic and injury rehabilitation, spa, Thai yoga massage, trauma transformation and even guided visualizations and meditations while receiving massage.

I am a mama to a beautiful & adventurous little boy named Kale. (my favorite food and super baby). We roam the mountains in search of all the inspiring elements to fuel our souls and keep us on the path of love, light and devotion. Devotion to ourselves, each other and the universe. We live in Pagosa Springs, Colorado with our Guru kitty, Ghost Ninja, and our yoga loving, silly song writing Dada de Kale, Michael. We like to keep it fresh by always dreaming big, manifesting the impossible, and traveling lots.
